Pentax Optio WG-1 GPS

Pentax Optio WG-1 and WG-1 GPS is the 12th generation of Pentax adventure series that have interesting color accents, and also completed with  carabiner. The camera is intended for outdoor activities that has capability of waterproof, dustproof, vibration resistant, and cold resistant.

Pentax Optio WG-1 has 14 megapixel sensor. It is waterproof camera (up to 33 feet depth), vibration resistant, and even able to withstand pressure up to 220 pounds.

Pentax Optio WG-1 has Enhanced Digital Microscope mode which offers five choices of LED macro  as excellent macro lighting, added with removable macro seat to capture solid images. It aslo features with Face Detection technology, Smile Capture, and Blink Detection which allows user to capture any moment, including Assist mode which is useful when shooting userself perfectly.

For Optio WG-1 GPS, series of Pentax Optio WG-1, there is additional GPS feature that allows recording  location when capturing the moment with geo-tagging application.

Pentax Optio WG-1 has 5x optical zoom (equivalent 28-140mm ), 2.7-inch LCD screen with 16:9 aspect ratio that uses anti-reflective coating. For video, Optio WG-1 capable to capturing 720p HD at 30 frames per second and has a HDMI port that allows users to display the video. Pentax Optio WG-1 is also compatible with waterproof Remote Control WP.
