You have a wide angle lens but are not sure when to use it nor if it's the right wide angle lens for your shot. How do you sort through all of this?
The first indicator for using a wide angle lens is when you've decided to take a picture of a landscape. Also take into consideration the location and the available light. If you can, try to plan your shot a few days in advance by looking at the weather and plan according to your desired weather conditions.
