Alex the Lion (Ben Stiller), Marty the Zebra (Chris Rock), Gloria the Hippopotamus (Jada Pinkett Smith), and Melman the Giraffe (David Schwimmer) are still trying to get home to the Central Park Zoo in New York City. They end up in Monte Carlo then join a circus in hopes that they will get be back home. Skipper, Rico, Kawalski, King Julien (Sacha Baron Cohen), & Maurice (Cedric the Entertainer) will also be making a return.
